MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS
Friendship Sangha of the Heart is a Buddhist Practice Group, practicing in the tradition of the Buddhist Zen Master Thich Nhat Hahn.
We are open to anyone interested in the Buddhist practices of meditation and mindfulness.
We welcome UUCV members and non-members, experienced practitioners and those new to the practice.
Our Practice Includes:
Every Monday Evening Practice: Meeting in the UUCV Sanctuary and by Zoom
6:45-7:00pm Greeting each other, re-connecting, and settling in.
7:00-9:00pm Mindfulness practices including meditations, readings and sharing.
Silent Meditative Meal: Fifth Mondays of the Month (once a season)
6:00-6:45pm meeting in UUCV Berg Hall

Mindful Walking and Hiking Group
