ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE
We live with a deep awareness of our climate crisis and the extensive environmental injustices of our time.
UUCV Environmental Action Team
Concern for climate justice and the environment is the centerpiece of our commitment to the earth, as we work toward a vision of a healthier, more sustainable future. Our work is grounded in the Unitarian Universalist Association’s core values: Love, Equity, Transformation, Pluralism, Generosity, Justice, and in particular, Interdependence.
Investigate, Educate, and Act for the future and for the interdependent web of all existence. We live with a deep awareness of our climate crisis and the extensive environmental injustices of our time, working together as a congregation, team, and as individuals, in cooperation with environmental and social justice groups in the community, state, and nation.
