GREEN ROOM ART SUBMISSION

 

ARTIST SUBMISSION  INSTRUCTIONS 

The “Green Room Gallery” showcases ORIGINAL works of art. Artworks are reviewed and chosen by the UUCV Aesthetics Ministry. Please follow these submission guidelines: Exhibits change every 2-3 months. 30% of any sale is donated to UUCV or indicate “NFS” in application.. The deadline for submissions are posted in UUCV “This Week” announcements.   Artists must assume all liability for their work(s) in case of theft or damage.

Please submit required information for EACH PIECE.

 

  • Limit 2 works of art per artist may be submitted for review.
  • 2 dimensional works of art only, weight of 12 lbs or less.
  • Works on paper must be framed in glass or plexiglass.
  • All works must be wired to hang on hooks on the wall.
  • Subject must be family-friendly.
