We are a busy people, and we are lucky to have so many ways to be part of our church life.

Sunday, May 26 following service, we’ll have a Congregational Conversation about the budget for the coming church year. That will be followed by our Annual Meeting after service, June 9. I hope that you can all participate in person, on Zoom, or by absentee ballot. Information is coming.

Sunday, June 2, will be action-packed. Following church service, there will be an all-church picnic at Arroyo Verde Park, organized by the Family Ministry program. This is always a great time for kids and adults alike.

UUCV will also partner that same day with the Chalice fellowship to host a booth at the Camarillo Pride Festival, noon till 4. We’ll need volunteers to help set up, staff the booth, and take down. No experience required.

Welcome summer!

Jim Merrill, he/him
President, UUCV Board of Trustees
